Here at Preferred Estate Agents, we appreciate that everyone has a different set of circumstances, and it is because of these beliefs, we offer an alternative option.

Standard Option

An upfront marketing fee of £395, followed by a final payment of £395 on completion of the sale of your property.

Alternative Option

Once a sale has been agreed and the confirmation of the agreed sale has been sent to both the sellers and buyers solicitors, there is still alot of work involved, to ensure a smooth, successful completion takes place. Should you wish to deal with this part of the sales process yourself, and use Preferred Estate Agents purely to market your property, and agree a desirable price with a respective buyer, then a one off upfront marketing fee of £395 will be payable.
